Room 26, TK
- I’m a native Californian. I grew up in San Diego, spent my college years/early career in LA, then migrated to the Bay Area in 1992.
- I’ve been in the field of early childhood education for the past 3 decades. I started as an elementary teacher (grades 1-3) for the first decade of my career, then fell in love with younger learners when I had toddlers of my own. I’ve worked as a preschool teacher here in the San Carlos School District since 2016 and I’m thrilled to now be a part of the Brittan Acres TK team.
- When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy walking/hiking, reading, gardening, and good old-fashioned Family Game Nights when my 3 college-aged kids are home. Spending time in Yosemite is also a highlight. For me, being out in nature is the best way to recharge!
